The Admin & Account Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to both administration and accounting functions, such as managing office supplies, assisting with bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.


  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in processing payroll and ensuring timely payment to employees.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and expenses.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
