They are also healthcare solutions providers, dedicated to delivering high-quality medical billing services to valued clients in the USA.  We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Billing Executive to join our team at ZEE IT Services. As a business development executive, you will play a crucial role in increasing sales for the company by finding new customers and encouraging current customers to get additional offerings. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Utilize various channels to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Create compelling business proposals and contracts to attract new clients and secure repeat business.
  • Customize proposals to address the specific needs and preferences of each client.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  • Develop strategies to optimize revenue generation and maximize profitability.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress and insights to senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fresh-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred. Freshers with relevant internships or projects showcasing strong business acumen and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be a graduate from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas, negotiating deals, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively in presentations, proposals, and communications.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary for conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to interpret market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Capacity to identify market gaps, develop innovative solutions, and capitalize on emerging trends to gain a competitive edge.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate and nurture partnerships with clients, industry contacts, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align strategies and achieve collective objectives.
