IT Administrator

Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our team who will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, managing our network infrastructure and CCTV coverage.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of information technology, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by users
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings
• Ensure the availability of network resources and services, regularly keeping a check on Internet speed and dealing with providers.
• Install and configure network hardware, such as routers and switches
• Managing router and adding Proxy and making sure that all in control
• Monitor system performance and security logs
• Operating system (Windows/Linux/Ubuntu) Installation,
• DVR & Cameras maintenance and settings,
• Allocation of IT Equipment (Laptops, Desktops, etc),
• Internal Email IDs Management,
• Bio-Metric Machine configuration & Maintenance,
• Work with vendors to resolve technical issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working in IT
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
• Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with network hardware, such as routers and switches
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• MICROSOFT CERTIFICATIONS (MCSE, MCSA. MCP, MCDBA )
• Windows server 2022 and 2019 Certification
